From CEO to Chain Master
I have a rich background in corporate leadership, having served as the CEO of Applied Business Integration Corporation for 18 years prior to founding Myriad. In 1997, I relocated the company to Monterey, California, a decision that proved to be beneficial for me in many ways.
After retiring from the corporate world, I set out to explore new career paths that would allow me to express myself creatively. I was drawn to the art of metalsmithing, as it provided me with an outlet for making beautiful designs with my own hands.
My love for metalworking began to blossom while studying in the Art Dimensional program at Monterey Peninsula College. The program offered unique studio classes in metalsmithing, which allowed me to blend traditional techniques with modern design to create stunning pieces of art.
As a metalsmith, I am passionate about exploring the path of artistic self-expression and learning from other artists. I find it fascinating to see how the pieces I create reflect my ideas, experiences, and cultural heritage.
For the past twelve years, I have been dedicated to the art of jewelry design, using a range of materials such as metalclay, enamel, ancient beads, and gold metal.
I am grateful to my customers who appreciate and support the relevance of my work. Their intuitive and gracious nature is a constant source of inspiration to me.
